2024 marked yet another successful year of collaboration between Life’s a Beach and our dedicated charity partner, ProCook. This year we have teamed up for an impressive seven clean-ups across a variety of locations, from urban parks to coastal beaches. This marks three consecutive years of working together to protect the environment, with ProCook’s staff generously volunteering thousands of hours of their time.
Daniel O’Neill, Life’s a Beach and ProCook’s founder, emphasized the importance of these efforts: “It is vitally important that companies take responsibility to ensure that they are doing everything to protect the environment whilst working towards a more sustainable future.”
The commitment shown by ProCook in 2024 was nothing short of exceptional. Their staff, driven by a shared sense of responsibility for the environment, joined forces with us to tackle litter in streets, forests, and along shorelines. In total, we collected 67 bags of litter—amounting to an incredible 165 kilos of waste—directly contributing to the cleanliness and well-being of these spaces.
Life’s a Beach is honoured to stand by ProCook’s side in this important mission. Our shared goal is clear: to protect the environment for future generations and work toward a more sustainable world.
These clean-ups are more than just events—they represent our commitment to the environment both individually and as organisations. With ProCook’s incredible support and the unwavering dedication of volunteers, we have made a real difference. Every bag of litter picked up is a step towards a cleaner, healthier planet!
