We have had the most incredible year here at Life’s a Beach. Our growth year on year has been massive. In 2022 we were thrilled to have completed 7 cleans where we collected 214.98 kilos of litter with the help of 308 volunteers.
In 2023 we were delighted to complete 23 cleans across the country, collecting up a massive 827.6 kilos with the help of 630 volunteers.
2024 however, was a knock out. We worked with 1010 volunteers over 32 cleans. Together we collected up a staggering 1904.17 kilos of litter.
Across the UK we have teamed up with groups, schools, businesses, universities, and other charities to work together towards our goal of keeping our planet litter free. In total we visited 23 different locations, travelling from the top to the bottom of the country.
We have achieved so much, but none of it would have been possible without the truly wonderful people who have gave us 75,255 volunteer hours with us this year!
