My name is Scott Carruthers from Whitley Bay Rockcliff rugby Club in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear.
I met a team of your volunteers on Whitley Bay beach doing a clean up and would be very keen to investigate on if we could be able to join forces with you with our Age Grade section of rugby players who age from under 6 to 16 year olds of both boys and girls to do a beach clean in the area.
We have approximately 400 children (plus their parents) who attend our club throughout the week however during the summer we have to have a clear break and it would be great to arrange a mid season event(s) which would increase the visibility of both of our organisations whilst also benefitting the environment.
